Dear Commission Colleagues,

The deadline for integrating your supplemental requests into your administrative grant narrative was set for 5:00 PM ET today. However, due to the fact that we anticipate having more supplemental funding available than expected, we are extending the deadline until 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, 2/20 in case you would like to increase your request or make one.

Also, the guidance for supplemental administrative grant requests stipulated that your supplemental proposals should be for one-time activities. To clarify, what we mean by this is that the supplemental funding we will award next month is only for 2008. You may use it to fund any activities allowable under an administrative grant but should do so with the understanding that supplemental funding may not be available next year to continue the activities in 2009.
