Subj: Alert on eGrants Submission of Commission FSRs

Greetings. This is a small update regarding submission of the FSRs. Grantees have successfully submitted FSRs through eGrants so far this week and will be able to submit FSRs in eGrants tomorrow, January 31. However, we ask you not submit today or enter data today. We are continuing to test our systems and will take specific components down today, including the FSR component. You will be able to access non-financial components of eGrants. Tomorrow, you will have access to full eGrants functionality.

Just a reminder that if you haven’t already submitted your report and do experience difficulties tomorrow, please submit a hard copy to your grants officer by email or fax by COB tomorrow. A blank FSR can be found at http://www.nationalservice.gov/forms/cncs_fsr_sf269.pdf and the OGM fax number is 202-606-3485. Also if you need assistance in determining your total federal funds available or previously reported amounts, please contact your grants officer for this information.
