Newly operational PDAT and Disability progress reports function in eGrants
We are very pleased to announce that you may now enter your PDAT and Disability grant progress reports in eGrants. Attached are detailed instructions for entering your reports. The reports are due by 5:00 PM ET on Tuesday, November 4th. If you have questions regarding the submission of your reports in eGrants, please contact your program officer.
Award process for 2009 Admin/PDAT/Disability grants
As you know, the federal government is operating under a continuing resolution until March 6, 2009. On Tuesday, November 4th, you will submit your full budget requests for these grants with your applications; however, due to the CR we will award up to half of your grants’ allocations by the end of December and the remainder at the end of the 2nd Quarter in late March.
Timing for the Admin/PDAT/Disability supplemental grants
We will accept your supplemental requests for Admin/PDAT/Disability grants in March. Supplemental awards for these grants will be made in the 3rd Quarter. Further instructions for submitting your supplemental requests will be forthcoming as we approach that time. Remember that we will only offer supplemental funds to commissions who request their full allocations, demonstrate the capacity to use the additional funds, and are free of outstanding compliance or audit issues that would preclude an award of supplemental funds.
