Application of PipeMedic leaves the internal diameter of the pipe virtually unchanged and significantly increases the original strength. With PipeMedic the plates can be applied in single rings (with an overlap), or in a continuous spiral manner. Either way, a very strong carbon FRP pressure vessel is constructed inside the pipe. In cases when more than one layer of fabric is required, all layers can be fed simultaneously through the special press. Thus, regardless of the number of layers, the installation can be achieved with a single layer of the customized plate.
