Reporting Elements and WBRS Slide

Dear Colleagues:

You will find attached the current draft of our new reporting template, which includes three sections. Section I consists of the demographic elements which have been published in the Federal Register for public comment until September 18. Section II focuses on performance measure reporting and Section III is a place for narratives, including great stories. Note that in Section I, the definitions for disadvantaged youth and mentoring in particular are not final and are presently being rewritten.

I have also attached the slide on the WBRS transition that Kristin used in the Town Hall Meeting at the National Conference on Volunteering and Service. I don’t believe there were enough copies of either of these resources to go around at the meeting.

Let me know if you have questions, and remember, in preparation for our September conference calls, please address questions and concerns regarding the WBRS transition to ReportingQuestion@cns.gov and let us know what you are developing to elicit information from subgrantees by e-mailing ReportingPractice@cns.gov.
