Greater New Orleans Community Data Center (GNOCDC)
The GNOCDC website is a widely used source for information about New Orleans' 73 neighborhoods.  It has easy-to-use Census 2000 data (pre-Katrina) for each neighborhood, including homeownership rate, poverty rate, occupations, and other demographics, and historical snapshots for each neighborhood in the city. Excellent maps and graphics for downloading.
