Since its founding in April 1991, Triple I Event Services (TIES) Inc. has been the organizational force behind many of the National Capital Region’s major corporate events.

TIES brings its trademark three I’s of event planning – Imagination, Ingenuity and Inspiration – to occasions ranging from themed grand openings attended by the Prime Minister of Canada, to product launches that feature company branding front and centre, to company picnics where thousands of children are the guests of honor.

Working with various budgets, TIES has the vision and know-how to plan and execute events for 100 people or 10,000 people with a sharp eye on the budget and a finger on the pulse of their clients’ unique requirements.

Key Differentiators:

The market is clogged with companies and individuals who call themselves event planners – but what sets Triple I Event Services Inc. apart from the hubbub?

* CREATIVITY: TIES takes pride in researching and understanding a client’s goal beyond the immediate event at hand to ensure continuity with the overall mission of the organization.

* COMPREHENSIVENESS: TIES offers a complete, turn-key event service, from brainstorming an innovative and appropriate theme, to planning the event from start to finish, to coordinating professional talent and vendors, to executing a seamless experience that delivers on the client’s objectives.

* CONTACTS: With fourteen years of event planning experience, TIES brings to the table solid partnerships with top-notch caterers, musicians, entertainers and facility providers. TIES also has the flexibility to work closely with a client’s favorite supplier as well.

* BUDGET AWARENESS: Raised in the family hotel business and experienced in working with cost-conscious non-profit organizations, TIES is committed to offering the best quality for the best dollar.

* INTEGRITY: Like many small businesses, event planning is not governed by industry regulations, enforced by a single professional body. TIES takes responsibility for maintaining a firm code of ethics that extends to all its employees and contracted suppliers.
