Kids Safe Sites.
The Internet has more than a billion webpages. How can parents and kids find the safe and entertaining sites among all the clutter? We can help. Every week we add new and wonderful Web sites to our list of safe sites. Some also have received special awards from us for being the best of the web. Others are educational. Some are just fun. But all have passed our privacy and safety review. Looking for dinosaur sites for your four year old? No problem.

You can search by age, or by subject. Check back often, as we are always adding more sites. And if you want to help us find and review great sites for kids and families, volunteer by visiting WiredSafety.org's home page. (WiredKids.org is one of the WiredSafety.org's family of sites and programs.)

While we take special care to make sure that all sites on our list have passed our privacy and safety scrutiny, and are appropriate in subject matter for the ages listed, sometimes Web sites change hands, and domain names are transferred. In addition, Web sites may change their content and privacy practices.

The sites listed were approved and reviewed at the time listed, but may have changed between our updated reviews. We cannot guarantee that they will never have content we don't approve of, or that their practices in connection with privacy have not changed. If you find something that you think we should review again, please let us know right away by e-mailing or Parry Aftab directly at
