Healthy Knees - Vary Your Posture


Problem:Remaining in the same posture for extended periods of time does not allow important nutrients to get to your cartilage.
Tip:Rotate between a variety of postures, such as one knee, squatting, full flexion and 90° flexion.

 Use different postures, such as one knee, squatting, full flexion and 90° flexion
 Switch postures to help protect your knees
