Across the United States, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation hosts more than 1,200 fund-raising events throughout the year. No matter where you live, your interests, or your budget, we have an event that is right for you.
The proceeds from all of these events help fund vital research and care programs—so you can feel good while having fun!
GREAT STRIDES
With more than 560 walks held across the country, GREAT STRIDES continues to be the CF Foundation’s largest fund-raising event. It provides opportunities for all people within a community to get involved forming teams at their workplace, through their clubs and organizations, or with their friends and family.
Walk day is a fun, family-oriented celebration with a healthy 10 Kilometer (6.2 miles) walk component, Kids’ Corner activities, food, and festivities that participants look forward to year after year. Learn about how you can get moving with GREAT STRIDES.
CureFinders® — Is Your Child’s School Involved?
This is the CF Foundation’s newest national fund-raising program and we need your help getting more schools involved! It’s easy for schools to participate. Students collect spare change and compete to raise the most money.
The top fund-raising class at each school wins a free lunch delivered right to their classroom! It’s a great way to promote awareness about cystic fibrosis while teaching great leadership skills to students. Learn more about CureFinders!
Dinner Dances and Galas
Party with a purpose! The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation hosts more than 240 local dinner dances, galas, black-tie events and wine tastings around the country. Whether you’re a top executive, an up-and-coming businessperson or a young professional, we have an event just for you.
Fishing Tournaments
Calling all anglers! The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is proud to host close to two-dozen fishing tournaments across the country. These weekend-long competitions offer corporate packages as well as single angler entries. Many of our tournaments are proud partners with Redbone, Inc., host of the Redbone Celebrity Tournaments. Golf Tournaments

Ultimate Golf Experience
Each year, this heralded national tournament treats players from around the country to transportation, luxury accommodations and plenty of entertainment and surprises. Past participants confirm that this three-day tournament, which has featured top musical acts like Dierks Bentley and Little Texas and entertainment by legendary comedian Lewis Black, is indeed the Ultimate Golf Experience. Whether you are a competitive golfer or you just like to relax and enjoy your time on the links, the Ultimate Golf Experience is for you!
American Airlines® Celebrity Ski
Hit the slopes with the stars and bid on luxurious VIP packages during the American Airlines® Celebrity Ski! Participants receive great gifts including ski equipment and nightly turn-down surprises. You’ll form friendships and memories that last a lifetime while raising big money for cystic fibrosis research.
