Rich gulf moisture will stream into the area today and tonight and will combine with a slow moving surface front to bring severe storms to Southeast and South Central Kansas. The most likely time for storms to affect the area will be after midnight. The stronger storms overnight will be capable of producing hail to the size of golf balls.
