California Agricultural Export Training Certificate ( CalAgX)
Exectutive Series 2009
The California Agricultural Export Training Certificate (CalAgX) program provides comprehensive trainĀing designed to meet the educational needs of food processors and agricultural producers seeking to export their products worldwide. The program consists of 6 separate training sessions held at two-week intervals with each session lasting 4 hours. Each of the 6 sessions has been designed to meet the learning needs of new-to-export or non-exporting food and agriculture companies. Each session focuses on a different aspect of exporting food and agriculture products. Regional class sessions will be held in Northern, Central and Southern California.

April 16 Introduction to Food and Agriculture Exports
April 23 Bank and Finance
May 07 Logistics and Documentation
May 21 Foreign Regulations and Legal Aspects
June 04 International Marketing and Market Planning
June 18 Negotiation and Cultural Aspects
