Amendment prohibited use of funds in the bill to allow the VA to enforce the May 5, 2008 directive which included a policy statement prohibiting nonpartisan vote registration drives on VA property.
AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment numbered 37 printed in the Congressional Record to prohibit use of funds in the bill to enforce section 3, Policy of VHA Directive 2008-25.
