Federal Asian Pacific American Council, Inc.
The Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC) was founded in 1985. It is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization
representing the civilian and military Asian Pacific American (APA) employees in the Federal and District of Columbia
governments.
