This includes social caterers, contract feeding, and ice cream and
frozen yogurt shops. See following descriptions:


SOCIAL CATERERS

Establishments primarily engaged in serving prepared food and
beverages for weddings, banquets, etc. at a hall or similar
dedicated facility rather than at a fixed business location. Such
establishments also may arrange for some entertainment but
entertainment should be a minor part of the business.


CONTRACT FEEDING

Establishments primarily engaged in providing food service under
contract to another company; hospital; or governmental, penal, or
educational institution. The facilities and personnel of these
establishments may be provided by the contracting company,
institution, etc., but the management must always be supplied by
the contractor.


ICE CREAM AND FROZEN YOGURT SHOPS

Establishments primarily engaged in selling ice cream, frozen
yogurt, or other frozen ices for consumption either on or near the
premises.  "Take-home" packages also may be provided for ice cream
sold in bulk.

Establishments known as ice cream or yogurt shops but primarily
selling hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. are classified in SIC 58124.
