and other footwear. Establishments selling women's and girls'
and/or children's and infants' footwear are included in this
classification, if sales of men's and boys' footwear are more than
three times the combined sales of women's, girls', children's, and
infants' footwear.

classification, if sales of children's and infants' footwear are
more than three times the combined sales of men's, boys', women's,
and girls' footwear.

Establishments primarily engaged in selling both men's and women's
shoes and other footwear; they may or may not sell children's
shoes.  Frequently, they also sell accessories such as hosiery,
gloves, and handbags. Establishments are included in this
classification, if sales of any one of the three major groupings
(men's and boys' footwear, women's and girls' footwear, and
children's and infants' footwear) are not more than three times the
sales of the other two groups combined.

Establishments primarily engaged in selling athletic shoes for
activities such as tennis, jogging, baseball, softball, basketball,
boxing, racquetball, football, volleyball, etc. These
establishments may also sell athletic apparel.
