Interior of Denali Visitor Center

Complete your trip by visiting the Denali Visitor Center located at the entrance campus of the park. The center offers Denali's visitors a chance to learn more about the park by interacting with rangers, viewing the award winning film "Heartbeats of Denali," and exploring the exhibit area.

The Denali Visitor Center is great place to become familiar with the many services offered at Denali National Park including ranger-led programs.

The building boasts a number of environmentally sustainable features including;  integrated photo-voltaic solar panels on the south-facing side of the building and the use of rapidly renewable or recycled materials for items such as wall panels, acoustical ceiling tiles, carpeting, and engineered lumber. Read the fact sheet to learn more about sustaniable building methods.

In 2009, the center is open May 15th to September 22nd between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
