Adobe Reader® for viewing PDF documents (.pdf)
The free Adobe Reader® is needed to open certain documents on this web site. You can download Acrobat Reader® from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
Adobe PDF Conversion Tool for viewing PDF documents (.pdf)
If you can't use Adobe Reader® (for example, you use screen reader software or an audio-enabled web browser), you can use the Adobe PDF Conversion tool at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/access_onlinetools.html to convert a PDF document to text.
