Community Development Quota (CDQ)

  • 70 FR 43328, July 27, 2005. Final rule to modify the IFQ Program and the CDQ Program to allow quota share holders in International Pacific Halibut Commission Regulatory Area 4C to fish their Area 4C IFQ or CDQ in Area 4D. Effective July 22, 2005.
  • 70 FR 35558, June 21, 2005. Temporary rule, reallocation of projected unused amounts of CDQ incidental catch allowance and non-CDQ pollock from the Aleutian Islands subarea to the Bering Sea subarea. Effective June 21, 2005 through December 31, 2005.
  • 70 FR 15010, March 24, 2005. Final rule to simplify the processes for making quota transfers, for authorizing vessels as eligible to participate in the CDQ fisheries, and for obtaining approval of alternative fishing plans. Effective April 25, 2005.

Crab

  • 70 FR 75419, December 20, 2005. Final rule correcting amendment to the regulations governing the BSAI King and Tanner crab fisheries. Effective December 20, 2005.
  • 70 FR 54652, September 16, 2005. Final rule to establish regulations to implement an industry fee system for the fishing capacity reduction program in the BSAI KTC fishery. Crab program fee payment collection will begin, on October 17, 2005.
  • 70 FR 33390, June 8, 2005. Final rule correcting 70 FR 10174, Amendments 18 and 19 to the regulations governing the BSAI crab fisheries. Effective April 1, 2005.
  • 70 FR 13907, March 18, 2005. Final rule correcting OMB control numbers in the regulations governing the BSAI crab fisheries. Effective April 1, 2005.
  • 70 FR 10174, March 2, 2005. Final rule to implement Amendments 18 and 19 to the FMP for BSAI King and Tanner Crabs. Amendments 18 and 19 amend the FMP to include the Voluntary Three-Pie Cooperative Program (hereinafter referred to as the Crab Rationalization Program).
