The counties of Barry, Barton, Callaway, Camden , Christian, Cole, Crawford, Dade, Dallas , Dent, Franklin , Gasconade, Greene, Hickory , Jasper, Laclede, Lawrence , Lincoln , Maries, McDonald, Miller, Montgomery , Newton , Osage, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski, St. Charles , St. Clair, St. Louis , Stone, Warren , Webster, Wright, and the independent City of St. Louis for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A and B), including direct Federal assistance.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

All counties in the State of Missouri are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
