JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is opening at noon on Nov. 21 in Lincoln County to provide face-to-face assistance to those suffering damages from the recent flooding:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the State Emergency Management Agency announced the following location and hours:

Lincoln County Fire Station No. 4
725 Highway KK
Troy, MO 63379

Opening day, from noon to 7 p.m.; then from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily until further notice.

The center will not be open on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27.

The DRC will remain open until no longer necessary.

Visitors should register with FEMA prior to visiting the DRC. Homeowners, renters, businesses of all sizes and private nonprofits may now register for assistance by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or TTY 1-800-462-7585 for the speech- or hearing-impaired. The toll-free telephone numbers will operate from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily until further notice. Visitors to the DRC will find information on:
