Subject:      New Course Offering -- Course # 203: Using Formbuilder

I'm pleased to announce that the caDSR Training Team is offering a new
course! Course #203: Using Formbuilder. The first offering of this course is
next Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at 12:45 pm. Eastern
This session will review current Formbuilder functionality, including the
ability to create new forms, add modules to forms and use Data Elements (and
their values) to create groups of questions in those modules. This course is
part of the required curriculum for Metadata Curators who work with forms,
and Metadata Curators who work with UML models. This is also recommended for
individuals who build or create forms (case report forms).
