As you can see in the table above, normal high temperatures decrease 11 to 14 degrees from November 1st to 30th while normal low temperatures decrease 8 to 11 degrees. Average monthly temperatures range from 28.4 degrees in Laramie to 34.1 degrees in Sidney. Average monthly precipitation ranges from 0.57 inches in Chadron to 0.80 inches at Scottsbluff. Snowfall averages range from 6.4 inches at Chadron to 9.0 inches in Sidney.
