Providing a positive customer experience is the focus for Grant PUD's customer service staff. Our customer call center is staffed with four to five full-time employees who speak with over 5,000 customers per month.
On a daily basis, Estella and her fellow customer service representatives will assist customers with multiple inquiries regarding their account or other Grant PUD business. In their line of work it is essential to have a broad knowledge base about utility functions, open communication with coworkers and comprehensive training for the desktop tools essential to a customer service rep's job.
