Description of Job Duty Competency to be Achieved

Ability to install, maintain, upgrade office PBXs and other telephone systems.


Description of Need

To ensure availability/connectivity of critical office telephone communications components.


Specific Job Task Skills and Knowledge

1. Install, maintain, configure and upgrade telephone PBX.

2. Administer voice mail system.

3. Assist/train office personnel in the use of the telephone system and telephone functions.
