The Newcomers Assistance Office welcomes you. We are here to help as you relocate to the Chicago area.  

On this website we have compiled topics into different sections to meet your needs.  As our office originated with helping people relocating here from abroad, much of our information is targeted to someone unfamiliar with the American system. 

We'd love to hear from you.  Please come and visit us during our office hours.  Our office is in Building 223, Room M-176 and we are open Monday afternoons from 1-4 and Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30-12:30.  Since our hours are limited, you can also contact us at 630-252-8647 or by email at newcomers@anl.gov if you have any questions about the information you find on the website.  Just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
