This image shows four elements of the E-Government Program; three elements of the program, security and privacy, enterprise architecture, and organizational capability, comprise an agency's organizational readiness or ability to meet the customer's requirements; security and privacy refers to the approach to developing and implementing security and privacy policies, procedures, and plans; enterprise architecture  is the method for determining the current and desired relationship between business processes and information technology; organizational capability  refers to the people, policies, plans, and processes needed to support E-government; the fourth element of the program, the customer management relationship, represents the agency's customer awareness; the customer management relationship refers to the methods and technologies to identify customers, know what they want, and continually improve customer service.
