RxNorm Files

NEW: RxNorm Weekly Release Files from 05/06/2009.

The license agreement required for the RxNorm releases is available from: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/license.html These RxNorm Release Files contain data consistent with the 2009AA UMLS Metathesaurus Release Files. This release contains updates to the following source:

• FDA Structured Product Labels from May 4, 2009

These files are in Rich Release Format (RRF) and do not require the use of the MetamorphoSys program provided with the UMLS Knowledge Sources Files. If you need assistance with these files, please send email to: custserv@nlm.nih.gov. Be sure to include your license number. Please read the README file for each release, before you proceed with the download of data.

• SNOMED Clinical Terms (drug information), SNOMED International from January 31, 2009
• Veterans Health Administration National Drug File from March 25, 2009
