 Good morning!   Welcome to the National Weather Service in Jacksonville.
  • NOAA Weather Radio tone alert test today. NWS Jacksonville will perform its weekly test of the NOAA Weather Radio alert feature between 10 am and noon today, weather permitting. If severe weather is expected or occurring in the area, the test will be performed on the next good weather day. If you recently purchased a NOAA Weather Radio, today will be a good chance to test the tone alert capability.
