Nancy Atmospera-Walch, BSN, RN, MPH, NHA, CDE, CHES is the President and CEO of AIM, Inc., a healthcare Assessment, Investment, and Management Company, dedicated to planning and developing luxurious retirement communities / villages as well as active, long term care facilities. AIM Inc. also provides professional consulting services to organizations nationwide and internationally.

Ms. Walch is a nationally known health care professional specializing in the area of patient and health education, adult teaching, wellness, women's health, cultural diversity, health care literacy, program and curriculum development, conference and health fair planning, long term care accreditation and performance improvement issues.

Ms. Walch is an avid advocate in empowering women especially Minority Women. She is a member of the Minority Women's Health Panel of Experts of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office on Women's Health and an active member and officer of the Filipino Nurses Organization of Hawaii (FNOH), and a founding member and officer of Health Care Education Association (HCEA), a national organization of healthcare educators.

Ms. Walch is also an active member of the Minority Organ Tissue Transplant Education Program (MOTTEP) of the Organ Donor Center of Hawaii and a member of the Asian American Network for Cancer Awareness, Research and Training (AANCART) Advisory Council.

Ms. Walch is a graduate of the University of Hawaii (UH), School of Nursing and obtained her masters degree from UH School of Public Health. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the nursing honor society.
