Description:
The Training Profile-What is it? The QVR Training Profile is a web-based, user-friendly query and reporting tool that provides a number of features. Among them is the ability to:
  • Search historical records of trainees in the IMPAC system and retrieve their subsequent grant application record.
  • Retrieve information on current research grant applicants and view their training history.
  • Offers three Standard Reports that provide
    • Institutional Training Grants Totals
    • Trainee Subsequent Grant Activity Statistics
    • Trainee Grant History
The class will be presented in two parts:
  • The first part will be a presentation of the features of the Training Profile. It will include a presentation on the search screen features, hitlists and all the drilldowns that are available. In addition, the standard reports that are available will be presented and discussed.
  • The second part of the class will be a hands-on session during which participants will work through exercises designed to explore the features of the QVR Training Profile.
 
Objectives:
To give experienced QVR users training on the features of the new Training Profile
Who should attend:
This class is for experienced QVR users who have a need to analyze the training experience of grantees and applicants.

Class participants are encouraged to logon to the QVR System at the URL below and explore the QVR Homepage which contains useful information about the system.

PLEASE remember to bring your IMPAC user name and password to the class for the hands-on session.
