The NICHD Developmental Biology, Genetics, and Teratology Branch co-funds the Primary Immunodeficiency Research Consortium, called the USIDNet Consortium, with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The Consortium includes a coalition of the world’s most prominent investigators in the field of primary immunodeficiency diseases and is charged with helping to prioritize and coordinate research directions and to develop new research resources to study these diseases.
