How do I add an event?
In order to add an event, an organization must register. Registration is quick and easy and allows you to add events and proclamations and place orders for free products. After you register, you can add an event.
What types of events can I add?
Any event related to Women's Health can be added to our web site. Local, nation-wide, or online events can all be added to our event list. Get more event ideas in our activity planning section.

Why can't I add an event that is before April 10 or after June 13, 2009?
National Women's Health week is May 10–16, 2009. We are only accepting events that occur one month before May 10 or one month after May 10.
Why has my event not been approved yet?
Your event has not been reviewed yet. Before an event can be displayed on our site, it must be reviewed and approved first. Event review and approval can take up to 3 business days to complete. You will receive an automated e-mail when your event is approved.
Why was my event not approved?
We reviewed your event but we were not able to approve it. Please review the notes from our reviewer, make appropriate edits to your event, and then resubmit your event for review. You can view notes from our reviewer in the Help section at the bottom of your My Account page.
Proclamations
How do I add a proclamation?
In order to add a proclamation, an organization must register. Registration is quick and easy and allows you to add events and proclamations and place orders for free products. After you register, you can add a proclamation.
What is a proclamation?
A proclamation is a formal declaration or public announcement giving notice of a governmental act that has been done or is to be done. Proclamations can be issued at the city, county, tribe/Native American nation, or state level. Add a proclamation now!
Why has my proclamation not been approved yet?
Your proclamation has not been reviewed yet. Before a proclamation can be displayed on our site, it must be reviewed and approved first. Proclamation review and approval can take up to 3 business days to complete. You will receive an automated e-mail when your proclamation is approved.
Why was my proclamation not approved?
We reviewed your proclamation but we were not able to approve it. Please review the notes from our reviewer, make appropriate edits to your proclamation, and then resubmit your proclamation for review. You can view notes from our reviewer in the Help section at the bottom of your My Account page.
Orders
How do I place an order?
In order to place an order, an organization must register. Registration is quick and easy and allows you to add events and proclamations and place orders for free products. After you register, you can place an order.
Why am I not eligible to place an order?
At this time, we are only accepting one order for each event or proclamation you register. For example, if you register two events and one proclamation, you will be eligible to place three orders.

Why has my order not been approved?
Before we can approve your order, a corresponding event or proclamation must be approved. For example, if you have registered two events and one of the events has been approved, your second order will not be approved until that event is approved. Review and approval of events and proclamations can take up to 3 business days to complete. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order has been approved.
Why has my order not been sent to the supplier yet?
We will not be sending orders to the supplier until late March.
Where is my order?
After your order is approved and sent to the supplier, it can take up to 3 weeks for your materials to arrive.
What if I need my order sooner than 3 weeks?
At this time we cannot accommodate rush orders.
