SBA Notification Email

Recently an email was sent from the Small Business Administration (SBA) notifying you of potential problems with your vendor information in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and/or Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The email message was sent to vendors who had a CCR profile (required for doing business with the federal government) but did not have a corresponding ORCA profile.

PLEASE NOTE: Contracts awarded to your firm by the Federal Government containing the clause 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications require you to create and maintain a profile in ORCA. Instructions on completing your firm's ORCA profile are contained at the ORCA web site: https://orca.bpn.gov. If the contract(s) you are performing against do NOT currently contain this clause, you are required to take NO ACTION at this time.
