Fort Necessity is less than 2 hours from Greater Pittsburgh International Airport. Commuter flights may be available to Morgantown, WV (45 minutes away) or Connellsville, PA (25 minutes away).

Bus

Commercial Bus Service is not available to the area.

Did You Know?
In 1771, George Washington purchased the meadow where he had fought the first battle of his military career. He owned the land until his death in 1799. The land is now part of Fort Necessity National Battlefield.
