Printing Data

To print a data set:

1. Select "Print / Download" from the menu.
2. Click "Print". Your browser's printing options will open.
3. Click "Print".

Tips on Printing

Use these simple changes to make the tables more suitable for printing:

• Use row filtering to remove rows not needed.
• Remove excess columns. For example, if the data set you are using has only 2007 data, then remove the "Year" column. This also applies to columns of data that you are not interested in.
• Change page to landscape mode. In your browser, go to File --> Page Setup, and change the page orientation to landscape mode. The data set will now print horizontally.
