Planning & Evaluation

The Planning and Evaluation Directorate develops, monitors and implements a variety of management improvement programs and initiatives. Our responsibilities include: the DoD Quality Management Program, WHS strategic planning, the DA&M Lean Six Sigma Program, WHS Service Level Agreement Coordination, Hotline investigations, GAO and DoDIG Audit Liaison, the WHS Management Control Program, program analysis, internal review and process improvement.

 

Strategic Planning

  • Support the development of the Washington Headquarters Services Strategic Plan created by the Director, Washington Headquarters Services and his leadership team
  • Track implementation of objectives from Strategic Plan

  • Perform management control reviews

Program Evaluation

  • Perform studies, research and analysis as assigned by Director, WHS

The DoD Quality Management Office (QMO)

  • Offers advice, support, customer satisfaction guidance, and assistance with applications for quality awards, including the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award

    • Visit the DoD Quality Management Office web site.

  • Manages DoD's enterprise-wide customer feedback system, the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)
