Tourette Syndrome Association
Tourette Syndrome Association’s mission is to identify the cause of, find
the cure for and control the effects of this disorder. The Association
develops and disseminates educational materials to the public, and
professionals and agencies in the fields of health care, education and
government; coordinates support services to help people and their families
cope; and funds research that will ultimately find the cause of and cure
for TS and lead to improved medications and treatments.
American Academy of Family
Physicians
Familydoctor.org, operated by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP),
provides families with health information about TS that has been reviewed
by physicians and patient education professionals.
American Academy of Pediatrics
The American Academy of Pediatrics focuses on attaining optimal physical,
mental, and social health and well-being for all infants, children,
adolescents, and young adults, including those with Tourette Syndrome.

Disabilities
The mission of AUCD is to advance policy and practice for and with people
living with developmental and other disabilities, such as Tourette
Syndrome, their families, and communities by supporting member Centers as
they engage in research, education, and service.
