LIST OF APPROVED PRODUCTS

The following products were approved or certified during October 2005, and have been added to the Mine Safety and Health Administration's list of permissible equipment.

The following product was approved as having met Part 7, Title 30 CFR.

1. MD 189-10oz Brattice Cloth. Approval No. 07-BA050006-0, issued to Vintex, Inc., No. 1 Mount Forest Drive, Mount Forest, Ontario, Canada N0G 2L2, October 27, 2005.

The following products were approved or certified as having met Part 18, Title 30 CFR.

1. Model S280, Battery Scoop. Approval No. 18-A050009-0, issued to Simmons Equipment Company, P.O. Box 750, Cedar Bluff, Virginia 24609, October 25, 2005.

2. Model 34910 Controller Enclosure. Certification No. 18-XPA050018-0, issued to Phillips Machine Service, Inc., 367 George Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25802, October 6, 2005.

The following products were accepted as having met the Flame Resistant Solid Products Taken Into Mines.

1. 90A DUROMETER POLYESTER CAST URETHANE Sheeting. Acceptance No. IC235/0, issued to KF Molded Products, Inc., 672 Cleveland St., Rochester, Pennsylvania 15074, October 5, 2005.

2. 83A DUROMETER POLYESTER CAST URETHANE Sheeting. Acceptance No. IC235/1, issued to KF Molded Products, Inc., 672 Cleveland St., Rochester, Pennsylvania 15074, October 5, 2005.

Corrections

The following product should have been listed in the "List of Approved Products, 05-10-A&CC".

1. Model M201 Diesel Engine Intake Safety System Sub-Assembly. Approval No. 36SA050003-0, issued to Dry Systems Technologies, 8102 Lemont Road, Suite 700, Woodridge, Illinois 60517, August 5, 2005.

The following product should have been listed in the "List of Approved Products, 05-12-A&CC".

1. Model 404C-22T Diesel Engine. Approval No. 07-ENA050004-0, issued to Perkins Engines Company Limited, Peterborough, CAMBS, PE1 5NA, United Kingdom, September 26, 2005.
