LIST OF APPROVED PRODUCTS

The following products were approved or certified during August 2004, and have been added to the Mine Safety and Health Administration's list of permissible equipment.

The following product was approved as having met Part 18, Title 30 CFR.

1. BUL LP136H Disconnect Switch Enclosure Assembly. Approval No. 18-XPA040005-0, issued to Line Power Manufacturing Corporation, 329 Williams Street, Bristol, Virginia 24201, August 27, 2004.

The following product was evaluated as having met Part 35, Title 30 CFR.

1. Solcenic 2060 Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Fluid Concentrate. Evaluation No. 35A040002, issued to Century Lubricants Company, 2140 South 88th St., Kansas City, Kansas 66111, August 6, 2004.

The following products were accepted as having met the Interim Fire Criteria Acceptance of Products Taken Into Underground Mines.

1. Type H030 Hydraulic Hose Cover Compound. Acceptance No. IC-84/31, issued to Eaton Corporation, Aeroquip, 1660 Indian Wood Circle, Maumee, Ohio 43537, August 20, 2004.

2. Type CD6833 Hydraulic Hose Cover Compound. Acceptance No. IC-84/32, issued to Eaton Corporation, Aeroquip, 1660 Indian Wood Circle, Maumee, Ohio 43537, August 20, 2004.

3. Type EPU/K8 Hydraulic Hose Cover. Acceptance No. IC-146/16, issued to Rapisarda Industries srl, Strada Padana Superiore, 49, 20063 Cernusco sul Naviglio Milano, Italy, August 23, 2004.

4. Type 131100/1 Hydraulic Hose Cover Material. Acceptance No. IC-152/10, issued to Alfagomma Industrial SpA, 64020 S. Atto (Teramo) Italy, August 20, 2004.

5. Type 5749 60 Duro Neo Vulcanized ¼ Lagging. Acceptance No. IC-225/01, issued to Van Gorp Corporation, 1410 Washington Street, Pella, Iowa 50219, August 10, 2004.

The following product was accepted as having met the requirements of the voluntary "Standard Application Procedure for Sealants Applied to Underground Ventilation Controls."

1. Touch N Seal Mine Sealant U2-200FR, and U2-600FR Sealants. MSHA-ST17/01, issued to Clayton Corporation, 866 Horan Drive, Fenton, Missouri 63026, August 20, 2004.
