The following products were approved or certified during November 2003, and have been added to the Mine Safety and Health Administration's list of permissible equipment.

The following product was approved as having met Part 7, Title 30 CFR.

1. Types G-GC and SHD-GC Cable. Approval No. 07-KA030001-0, issued to Tele-Fonika Kable S.A., 32-400 Myslenice ul. Hipolita Cegieskiego 1, Poland, November 26, 2003.

The following products were approved or certified as having met Part 18, Title 30 CFR.

1. 1. Model B-6660, Distribution System. Approval No. 18-A030002-0, issued to Independence Coal Company, HC 78 Box 1800, Madison, West Virginia 25130, November 17, 2003.

2. 2. Model B-6658, Distribution System. Approval No. 18-A030003-0, issued to Independence Coal Company, HC 78 Box 1800, Madison, West Virginia 25130, November 17, 2003.

The following product was accepted as having met the flame requirements of Part 18, Title 30 CFR, and the Interim Fire Criteria for Acceptance of Products Taken into Underground Mines.

1. FLEXSTEEL ARMA II Conveyor Belt. USMSHA No. 18-CBA030001-0, issued to Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, 1144 East Market Street, Akron, Ohio 44316, November 12, 2003.

The following product was accepted as having met the Interim Fire Criteria Acceptance of Products Taken Into Underground Mines.

1. Type 83FR Air and Hydraulic Hose Cover Material. Acceptance No. IC-40/28, issued to Parker Hannifin Corporation, 1300 N. Freedom Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, November 25, 2003.

The following products were accepted as having met the requirements of the voluntary "Standard Application Procedure for Sealants Applied to Underground Ventilation Controls."

1. 1. PAAC2 Autoclaved Aerated, Lightweight Concrete Block for Non-traditional Ventilation Stopping Construction. MSHA-ST22/00, issued to Babb International, Inc., 2400 Hebel Blvd., P.O. Box 834, Adel, Georgia 31620, November 14, 2003.

2. 2. . PAAC4 Autoclaved Aerated, Lightweight Concrete Block for Non-traditional Ventilation Stopping Construction. MSHA-ST22/00, issued to Babb International, Inc., 2400 Hebel Blvd., P.O. Box 834, Adel, Georgia 31620, November 14, 2003.
