Format of the file is:
YearDayHrMnSec Stations StaName Latitude Longitude Laterr Lonerr OTerr Mag(dB) Magerr
Latitude and Longitude error are in decimal degrees. Origin time error is in seconds.
Reported magnitude represents acoustic level of the earthquake entering the ocean (in decibels re 1 micro-Pascal at 1 m).
Acoustic magnitude (dB) can be converted to approximate seismic local magnitude (ML) using the equation: ML = 0.093(dB) - 16.47
