Clients requesting a Video Market Briefing will receive:

• a written report that is researched and prepared by a CS Kyiv Commercial Specialist. The report will provide answers to a maximum of five questions on a range of issues including the specific industry, region or market, or competitive environment in which the client has requested information;
• a videoconference meeting, lasting a maximum of 60 minutes, which will allow the client to interact and meet first-hand with the Commercial Specialist who conducted the market research.

Note: Before the Commercial Specialist begins the market research, an audio call will be scheduled with the client, the relevant international post, and the Commercial Service EAC to assure that there is a common and complete understanding of the five questions, and to assist the client in framing these questions for optimum results.

Delivery Time

The Video Briefing will be available to give to the client approximately 15 business days after the international post receives the client's questions from the EAC. This time may be delayed if post industry specialists are not available or on travel.

Quality Assurances

The U.S. Commercial Service Kyiv assures that:

• qualified local personnel, who are uniquely positioned to report on the dynamics of a specific international market, will conduct the comprehensive market intelligence;
• the videotechnology at both the international post and EAC will deliver a quality picture and audio for the full duration of the videoconference (included briefing and Q&A period.

Client Obligations

The service requires that the client submit a maximum of five specific questions through a Commercial Service EAC on issues of interest to them including, for example, a specific industry, region or market, or competitive environment.
