24-Hour Hazardous Precipitation Forecasts made on 05/07/2009


Green contours indicate the probability of hazardous precipitation occuring at least one day in the forecast period. Contours are plotted at 5,10,20,30, etc... percent with values greater than 50% shaded in. Black dashed lines are the climatological probability of hazardous precipitation occuring at least one day in the forecast period, with contours plotted every percent. A hazard is defined as the greater of either this value or 1 inch per day.
