NOTES:
7/17/08 - Within 30 days of the appointment , the SJ shall file a report with the Commission
and the CJ on the status of the settlement discussions. Based on this report, the CJ shall
provide the parties with additional time to continue their settlement discussions or assign
this case to a PJ for a trial-type evidentiary hearing, if appropriate. If settlement
discussions continue, the SJ shall file a report at least every 60 days thereafter, informing
the Commission and the CJ of the parties' progress toward settlement.
