Report on Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases (9/95) articulates a set of U.S. international objectives to combat the global threat of emerging infectious diseases and a set of actions aimed at meeting those objectives. The Report offers concrete steps for global cooperation to establish a worldwide infectious disease surveillance and response system.
