The “Rip & Share Safety Handouts” were developed by a data mining team, which analyzed accidents at all metal and non-metal mines, and are aimed at helping mine operators and miners identify and control the types of hazards that are resulting in accidents at their mines. The documents are ideal training tools for all aggregate operators, and other metal and nonmetal operators, to hold safety and health discussions for their miners at the mine site.
