Welcome

Welcome to the web site of the U.S. Army Engineer Institute for Water Resources (IWR). IWR was established to provide the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with forward-looking insights and analyses on emerging national water resources issues. We hope the site will be a focal point for stimulating discussion, developing insights and for expanding the knowledge base on a range of water resources issues with significant economic, environmental and social impact. Welcome and come back often!

Bob Pietrowsky, Director
