  The NMSP has completed its second annual Progress Report, which provides the most current information on how well the NMSP is meeting the ambitious targets contained in the program performance measures. The Progress Report is a document providing up-to-date information on the NMSP performance for the fiscal year 2007 (October 2006 to September 2007).

  The NMSP has completed its first annual Progress Report, which provides the most current information on how well the NMSP is meeting the ambitious targets contained in the program performance measures.  The Progress Report is a document providing up-to-date information on the NMSP performance until the end of 2006.

• NMSP Performance Evaluation Manual (pdf)
  

  Program performance measures are the yardstick with which the NMSP measures progress towards its goals and objectives.  They set specific, time-conditional targets for large, thematic management categories that are addressed across multiple sites and/or headquarters branches.  For more information on how each performance measure is tracked and assessed, see the 2007 Performance Evaluation Manual.
