This video focuses on basic rules to help ensure the safety of both operator and others in
the vicinity, especially in the case of roadside mowing. Areas covered include equipment
start-up, operation, maintenance, and shut-down. A portion of the video is devoted to rotary-type
mowers. The video comes as part of a training packet that includes both VHS and DVD versions,
a guidebook which highlights key messages in the video with a Q and A format, which can
be used to test viewer comprehension. Additional guidebook packages are available.
